Maa Kaamal Foundation, a leading non-profit organization celebrating its 20th year of empowering women and communities through education, employment, and holistic health initiatives, invites proposals for franchising opportunities in three categories:
  1. Admission Referrer (AR)
  2. Admission Centre (AC)
  3. Accredited Training Centre (ATC)
About Maa Kaamal Foundation Maa Kaamal Foundation offers a variety of programs to bridge the skill gap and empower individuals, particularly women, to achieve their career aspirations. We provide:
  • Job-Guaranteed Vocational Courses (Certificates and Diplomas) : Our vocational courses equip students with practical skills and guaranteed job placements through internships with stipends that cover or significantly reduce tuition fees. We run a campaign called “Surat Bula raha hai”
  • Skill Assessment Programs: These programs allow individuals to showcase their existing skills and obtain a performance certificate for recognition of prior learning (RPL). We have our own skill recognition method. Please review www.fsqr.org. There are over 1200 skills which can be recognized.
  • Career Building Programs: We offer diploma and degree programs in healthcare, paramedical fields, nursing, and business studies, including ANM, GNM, B.Sc.(N), M.Sc. (N), D.Pharm, B.Pharm., DHM., and B.Voc.

  Franchise Categories 1. Admission Referrer (AR): Description:
  • An independent freelancer responsible for identifying and referring potential students to Maa Kaamal Foundation programs.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach activities in assigned areas to promote Maa Kaamal Foundation programs.
  • Identify and qualify potential students based on program eligibility criteria.
  • Schedule appointments with interested students and Foundation representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of referred students.
Remuneration:
  • Performance-based commission on successful student enrolment.
2. Admission Centre (AC): Description:
  • A legal franchise with a designated "Student Help Desk" providing admission guidance and support.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a dedicated physical space for the Student Help Desk.
  • Provide comprehensive information about Maa Kaamal Foundation programs to potential students.
  • Assist with student registration and application processes.
  • Organize workshops and events to promote programs within the local community.
  • Maintain close communication with the Foundation regarding student inquiries and enrolment.
Remuneration:
  • Performance-based commission on student enrolment.
3. Accredited Training Centre (ATC): Description:
  • An established educational institute authorized to deliver Maa Kaamal Foundation's accredited skill enhancement programs.
Requirements:
  • Valid educational institute registration and affiliation with relevant authorities.
  • Qualified instructors with expertise in the program areas.
  • Adequate infrastructure to conduct training sessions.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality education standards as per Maa Kaamal Foundation guidelines.
Benefits:
