1. What are the eligibility criteria for overseas healthcare placements?

* Educational Qualifications: A relevant healthcare degree or diploma from a recognized institution. GNM and B.Sc.(N) are required for the post of Nurse. For Caregiver/Caretaker job role one may have certificate or diploma in care of elderly, Community Health worker etc.

 

* Work Experience: Minimum required work experience in your field varies between 1 year to 3 years.

 

* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, especially for countries where English is the primary language of communication. You may be asked to clear the exam like IIELTS with minimum of 5.5 band.

 

* Registration or Licensure: Possession of necessary professional licenses or registrations like RN from State Nursing Council for Nurse job role. No registration required for care giver job role.

 

* Health and Character Requirements: Meeting specific health and character standards. You will be required to submit medical fitness certificate as per country laws.

2. How long does the placement process take?
